Arles and Camargue

At the gates of the Camargue, Arles and its surroundings are an excellent choice for camping in the Bouches du Rhône. Discover the salt marshes of the Salins de Giraud, the flamingos, herds of bulls, and all the birdlife sheltered by these vast expanses where water and earth meet. Ride along beaches and wind through reeds on horseback. Don’t forget your binoculars to spot egrets, white spatulas, avocets, stilts and other typical birds. A peaceful camping holiday by the sea is ideal for getting your fill of sea air.
